The HP TouchPad was released two years ago when webOS was still an HP project. Since then, webOS has gone open source and people have been porting versions of Android on the device. Now there is a port of the latest version of Android KitKat for the TouchPad.
The HP TouchPad is a 9.7 inch tablet with a dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, and 16GB of storage. That's still a decent tablet if the price is right.
If you're interested in running Android you can head on over to the xda-developers forumswhere developer flintman has posted a build of an Android Open Souce ROM called Evervolv. The build still has some issues and is not for the faint of heart, but if you like to play, check it out.
