French website MobiFrance has just posted some leaked pictures of the Pre 2. The new Pre looks very similar to the original Pre and Pre Plus, but has some differences. As you can see in the photos there is a black bezel around the face of the phone that should reduce cracking, and make it easier to open the charger door.
Though the Pre 2 looks to be an improvement over the Pre, it seems to be a yawner. The resolution is the same 320x480. Can HP/Palm be serious? With all the fancy displays out there these days they're making a big mistake. Unless Palm puts out a high end phone to compete with the iPhone and Android devices, they'll keep sinking.
The good news is the Pre 2 will feature a 1GHz processor and webOS 2.0.
