Thanks to Apple not allowing a Google Voice app into the App Store, Google did a little updating of their Google Voice web site to make it usable for the iPhone and WebOS. Through a HTML5-based web app, Google has managed to get around Apple's App Store requirements and now iPhone users can feel the love of Google Voice.
The new Google Voice web site should work with any HTML5-compliant device, although the formatting has been tailored to Apple and Palm's platforms.
Most of the important features are available (sending SMS, calling, checking the inbox). It's not a perfect solution and an iPhone App would certainly have been better, but kudos to Google for finding a way around Apple's App Store rejection.
