It appears that the Palm Pre will be able to be tethered to your laptop. Sprint has published technical specs on their web site that say the Pre is tether-ready. It's a good thing the Pre will support EV-DO Rev. A too.

The Palm Pre looks interesting and we can't wait to get our hands on one. The lack of expandable storage in the form of a microSD card is troublesome, but perhaps the tethering will make us forget about that.
