Treo 750 Reviewed - Problems Found

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - January 30, 2007

Phone Scoop has an excellent and very detailed review of the Treo 750. In fact, it's one of the most comprehensive reviews we've read.

Unfortunately, it seems that Phone Scoop has uncovered some serious problems with the Treo 750. Aside from the general conclusion that the Treo 750 is a bit large when compared to recent thin smartphones released (i.e. Moto Q), the reviewers had problems making calls. In fact, they were able to replicate some problems with several different units.

"When a cell phone is good at everything but making phone calls it's difficult to recommend it. This is unfortunate because additions like contact search from the home screen and threaded messaging make the Treo 750 one of the easiest to use Pocket PC phones."

With a conclusion like that, what more needs to be said? Phone Scoop even recommends possibly waiting on the Treo 750 until some kind of firmware update is released. Ouch! Check out the review. It's a good read.
