Pictures of what appears to be the next GSM version of the Palm Treo, codenamed Nitro, have been posted on a Chinese PDA site's message board. Palm Infocenter has also posted several pictures as well. It is believed that Cingular could be launching this Treo in October.

The new Treo is rumored to run Palm OS Garnet with 64MB of RAM. It is interesting to note that because it is a GSM version there is no external antenna and the SD card slot is on the side of the unit. Check out the full story link for more pictures.
