Palm Responds to Open Letter Regarding Treo 700p Issues

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - December 14, 2006

If you have a Palm Treo 700p you've no doubt experienced several issues with your Treo. At pdaBlast! we have experienced random lockups and reboots for no reason and it is very frustrating. A user at the TreoCentral forums wrote an open letter to Palm and amazingly, Palm has responded.

Palm's Senior Product Manager for Palm OS Wireless Products, Steve Sinclair, has responded to the open letter. Mr. Sinclair's response is surprisingly detailed. It is good to know that Palm is aware of the issues and working on fixing them. Unfortunately nothing is expected to be released until the first quarter of 2007.
