Palm Sued Over "Inherently Defective" Treo

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - September 21, 2005

A class action lawsuit has been filed against Palm by three Treo owners claiming that Treos fail at "unacceptably high rates," are "inherently defective," and are not "reliable storage devices." The suit, filed by Mario Palza of California, Charles Boulais of New Jersey, and Nissa Gay of California, claims that Palm knowingly misrepresented the Treo 600 and 650 handsets as being "quick, dependable and reliable" devices.

Each of the plaintiffs contributed a list of issues that he or she has had with their Treo to the suit. Some of the complaints will sound very familiar to Treo owners while others may be obscure. You can read the entire complaint at the link below.
