Palm Settles Defective m Series Lawsuit

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - June 06, 2005

palmOne has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit involving its line of m100, m105 and m125 handhelds. The lawsuit argued that the PDAs lost data during the process of replacing batteries even when the user followed Palm's recommended procedure.

If you have a dead Palm m100, m105, or m125, you can fill out the paperwork found at the link below, and Palm will replace your device with a new or refurbished Palm PDA of the same or higher model.
