palmOne Updates Phone Link Tool

palmOne has updated their PhoneLink tool. PhoneLink is an application that sets your PDA up for Internet use with compatible Bluetooth mobile phones. The Phone Link Update adds more phones and service providers, so that you can use your mobile phone's Internet connection with these applications on your handheld:

  • SMS (text messaging)
  • MMS (photo and video messaging)
  • Email
  • Web browsing

    The update can be downloaded at the link below and is compatible with the following devices only:

  • LifeDrive
  • Tungsten T5
  • Tungsten T3
  • Tungsten T2
  • Tungsten T
  • Tungsten E2
  • Tungsten E (connect to the phone with InfraRed (IR) only)
  • Zire 72
  • Zire 71 (connect to the phone with InfraRed (IR) only)
  • Palm Bluetooth Card running the Palm Bluetooth Card Software Update
