Update Released For LifeDrive Mobile Messenger

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - June 17, 2005

It has only been about a month since the LifeDrive Mobile Messenger was released and there is already and update for it. The LifeDrive Update 1.0 is a small patch that fixes intermittent connectivity problems with the Linksys WRT54G Wireless-G Broadband Router, and the Belkin High-Speed Mode Wireless G Router. If you are using either of these routers Palm recommends that you apply the update.

"Should I update? If you use your LifeDrive device with the Linksys WRT54G or Belkin High-Speed router, you should install this update. Additionally, if you plan to make a Wi-Fi connection to a public network (airports, coffee shops, campuses, etc.), be aware that the network may use one of these routers, and you should install the update."
