palmOne Updates Verizon Treo 600

palmOne has released a ROM update for the Verizon Wireless version of the Treo 600. According to the palmOne web site the update includes the following:
  • Fixes an issue with MMS (MultiMedia Messaging) in which MMS does not appear to work
  • Adds longer DTMF (TouchTone) tones as an option for those who need them
  • Provides better handling of incoming calls when roaming
  • Fixes an issue in which SMS messages to or from certain short numbers (such as SMS voting) resulted in duplicates or resets
  • Updates the Software version number to Treo600-1.11-VZW This update is for the Verizon version of the Treo 600 ONLY! You can get the update at the link below.
