Treo 600 Coming to Verizon?

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - April 08, 2004

So far Cingular, Sprint and AT&T have been offering palmOne's Treo 600 for several months now while T-Mobile recently announced plans to offer the smartphone to its customers. Verizon Wireless has been the lone holdout on the Treo 600.

Several web sites have reported in the past that Verizon has stated plans to possibly include the device, but that it would need to go through rigorous testing to make sure it worked well with their network.

Yesterday, Verizon posted a note on their web site that said it would soon be offering the Treo 600. The link went to a "not found" page, and was eventually removed. This seems like strong evidence though, that Verizon will soon be offering the Treo 600. Stay Tuned!
