A user over at TreoCentral has developed a way to use a Wi-Fi card with the Treo 650. While this is good news for Treo 650 users, there is a catch. When the driver is installed the Treo 650 is no longer able to make a cellular/wireless connection to the Internet. The Treo 650's phone features will work but you cannot make a data connection.
The only way to make a regular data connection is to totally un-install the driver which requires a hard reset. This seems like a real hassle so it's really only useful for those who really need a Wi-Fi connection with their Treo 650.
This driver works with the palmOne Wi-Fi SD card only and will not work with any other card.
You can find a the installation instructions and the driver at the link below.
