Palm Posts Two Software Updates

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - July 16, 2003

Palm Inc. has released two software updates for its handhelds. One update is specific to the Palm Zire 71 handheld, and the other available for nearly all Palm devices, past and present.

The Palm Zire 71 patch is a software update that resolves the issue with some expansion cards failing to read in the Zire 71 after repeated use.

The second update is the Palm Keyboard Driver which allows users to enter data into their Palm handheld using one of Palm's full-sized keyboards. The keyboard driver is required in order to use the keyboard with a Palm handheld.
