Handspring Announces Treo 600

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - June 18, 2003

Handspring said Wednesday it plans to introduce the Treo 600 later this year. The Treo 600 will be able to run on CDMA and GSM networks, will be available in the fall through wireless carriers Sprint and Orange. The two carriers will determine the price of the device, but it is expected to cost between $400 and $500.

The new Treo will be marketed as a Phone/PDA rather than a PDA/Phone. It includes a bright color screen and a built-in camera.

The Treo 600 will hit the market sometime later this fall. Check out the link below for a cool video about the Treo 600 by c|net.
