Legend, one of the major hardware manufacturers in China, and Palm Inc. have entered into a licensing agreement which will allow Legend to incorporate the Palm OS into a new line of Legend handhelds.

The agreement will allow Palm to leverage Legends large market share (which has been estimated to be around 30%). The combined power of the two companies will allow Chinese developers and businesses to reap all of the benefits of the Palm OS with a new set of devices.
